Alright folks, I’ve been a little lazy this week, I’ve been procrastinating, a lot, which is why this is my first post since Wednesday. So first things first, my review of Indestructible Hulk #6 is currently available on Marvel Disassembled, along with the rest of their weekly Marvel Comics reviews.

Speaking of Marvel Comics, Marvel #1 is on its way back this week after bringing Comixology to a screeching halt when it was initially offered. Be sure to visit Marvel or Comixology for all the details. You have until 11:59 ET on April 9 (that’s tonight) to sign up for a whole lot of free digital comics. Personally, I hit both sites just to be sure.

Now, like I said, I’ve been procrastinating this week, but to make up for the lack of posts through the week, today, this post is only the first of many. Stay tuned for my review of Green Lantern #19, my picks and scores for last Wednesday’s crop of new comics and not one but two editions of “Catching Up On: Marvel Comics”. As for “This Week in The New 52”, this week’s recap is not done at this time, but the current plan is for it to be up before the day is done, just in time for new comic book day tomorrow.

Lastly, looking at my last post you’ll see I had been planning on reviewing Masks #5 from Dynamite Entertainment as well. That will not be happening. I don’t want anyone to take that as a negative comment on the series, I will say that I’m liking it so far. However, having just read the issue before sitting down to write this, I just feel that the nature of the series (an 8 part limited), and the nature of my relationship with the characters (next to non-existent outside the series) doesn’t lend itself to my reviewing a single issue of the book. Issue #5 just left me thinking that, while I’ll continue reading it ever month, I may want to reread it in its entirety once it ends in a few months. Perhaps at the time I will consider doing a review of the series as a whole, but don’t hold me to that.
